Smith was a Photographer based in Sterling , IL in the late 1800's. There is not much information available about him, expect that he seemed to do mainly cabinet card photos. This image is soiled and faded, but the train is clear enough. Shipping outside the USA should about that an average book maybe less. Priority shipping may cost less as well. Fair. Item #17186
