Contents very good , but with paper darkened from age. There is a dampstain toward bottom right that affects cover, but little affect inside. There is a leaf missing at the front of the book- most likely a blank on one side and half title on the other side. pp. 377, plus 5 of adverts at back for Steinway and bookseller, advert on back cover as well. No Publication date noted, an advert at back has one date of 1901. Overall fair to good copy of this book.
