Hardcover. folio, ca. 13" x 16" nicely rebound retaining the original cloth on new boards with new black leather backstrip and new end papers. Light wear to covers, but the retained cloth on covers is heavily stained. All maps, plans and views and lists called for are present and in generally in good condition, however the pages are age toned and there are some small tears along some folds and chips without much loss of material. The large folding map of Owego has tear along one fold- it is nearly detached, but appears the map material is present- there are some tape repais to that map as well. Map coloring is good but faded. Very nice b&w views. A previous owner has made pencil layouts of a house and possibly some furniture on the unprinted pafes. There is also a pencil written remedy for curing corns. Due to the large size and weight shipping outside the USA or priority shipping will be more expensive than an average book. Good -. Item #3768
