Basle: Ciba Company, 1938. Cloth. tall octavo bound in original gray cloth covered boards with white color lettering on covers and back strip, inside are 2 pages with more information about the dyes - repeated in German, French, English and Italian, but, the bulk of the book is a set of 22 pages containing 248 spectacularly colored samples of silk patches. The book has the number "1207" in a couple places. This is probably the catalog number. There is an ink stamp for Ciba Company on the front pastedown and on the title page endpaper. No date is printed, but another copy had a handwritten date in 1939 so we are estimating 1938. Overall, content near fine, covers a bit warped and soiled- about good. Very good. Item #4158
