First Edition. half leather. 12mo, 9 volumes uniformly bound in navy blue half leather with marbled paper covered boards, top edge gilt, each volume with two burgundy spine labels- three of these labels slightly different from the others and were likely replaced at some time in the past and could not be perfectly matched, all volumes with some shelf wear, there is scattered foxing in the volumes. Volume on Southern Division Part I has light dampstains around edges of pages, volume on Eastern Division- Oxford, Peterborough, Norwich, Ely and Lincoln has additional image of John Murray pasted in along with page stating " with Mr. Murray's Comp's 50 Albemarle St London. W." This appears to be written in black ink, but may be printed. Other volumes cover The Northern Division, Western, Wales while St. Albans and St. Pauls have their own volumes. Overall, very good set and complete. Very good. Item #4965
