Hardcover. folio, portfolio bound in biege cloth covered boards in good condition but with moderate soiling and wear, contents are 2 title pages for vol. 1 and 2, 2 lists of 20 plates each for the 2 vols. and 40 colotype plates numbered by vol. and sequence of 20 within each vol. The images are near fine, but the edges of the plates have moderate to heavy wear - especially at corners there is a little dampstain at edge of a couple plates, and the title page for vol. II has heavier soiling. There should be a volume of explanation of the images that is not present here. This is set 267 of 500 produced. The publication date was not spotted on the available pages, but ca. 1940 Note: due to size and weight, shipping outside the USA will be more expensive than an average book.
