Bombay: Bombay Natural History Society, 1921. First Edition. Paperback. octavo, 6 paperbound issues - Vol XXVII Inumbers 1, 2, 3, 4, plus index issues for parts 1-2 and for parts 3-4. Covers in good to very good condition, but age darkened and light to moderate soiling except cover for issue 4 is lacking. Contents very good, and appear to be complete. There are many b&w illustrations and several color plates of butterflies and birds and maybe snakes. There may be some adverts inserted. Overall , good to very good copies making a complete volume. Earlier volumes had a 5th part- being primarily the index to the other issues and often issued later here they switched to issuing 2 smaller index issues covering parts 1-2 and 3- 4. Note: due to size , shipping outside the USA may be more expensive than an average book. Earlier owner ink name may be on covers. Combined shipping helps reduce total cost. Good +. Item #5366
