Folio portfolio ca. 30cm x 40cm , bound in greenish gray cloth covered boards, backstrip with some tears, covers with very light wear and soiling, 3 sets of cloth ties for the portfolio are in very good condition, Contents are complete with 64 b&w plates on stiff paper- each plate generally has a few images. The paper is age toned- especially around the edges there are old tissue guards between the plates- these are apparently lower quality paper than the plates and have added to the tining of the plate paper. Stated copy 5 of 100. There is an index with descriptive material on the plates. The portfolio was made to go with an exhibition of the prints assembled from various owners. Text in French. Contents very good, portfolio very good or better. Note: dues to size and weight shipping outside the USA will be more expensive than an average book. Very good +. Item #6181
