There are some chips missing from the top of the backstrip. Pages age toned. Contents generally very good or better. Full of pages of history and pages of advertising that give a good view of the tate of commerce at the time for Cape Cod and Plymouth County. Page numbering is a bit difficult to track, but there are 206 numbered pages plus a group numbered 150a- 150pp plus lots of pages of advertisements. Appears to be complete including folding map just before the title page showing the Old Colony Railroad tracks and the region described in the book. There is a mylar dust jacket protecting the book covers from wear. Very good +. Item #7228
