Contents very good with varying amounts of age darkening of the paper from very little to moderate. There is light foxing scattered about. Bound volume of monthly issues starting with June 1839, ending with May, 1840. Interesting reading to learn more about manners and customs of the time. Including a "blacklist" published in at least one issue giving names and towns of people who evidently failed to pay their bills- presumably for subscriptions but perhaps for other things.
