Original wraps. small folio string bound 15 pages of copies of letters on the incident between these two ships and subsequent rescue of some from the Alabama by a British ship, mostly by Adams and Russel, but some other letters as well. Package labeled "North America No. 3 (1865)" Ink number at lower left of first page. One page misfolded at corner during binding and cutting. Paper age toned, becoming a bit brittle, but still a very good copy. Note: due to size and weight, shipping outside the USA may cost less than an average book. Very good. Item #7472
