Front is bound in blindstamped red leather that is worn, tape repair at top of backstrip, back is bound in half leather with pebbled cloth covered board, Back boderately worn, two styles of binding shown in the two covers, another style in quite elaborately decorated blue cloth covered boards inside the back cover of the book. Copy of the red leather backstrip attached to front pastedown. exterior good. Contents generally very good, paper a bit age toned, but it is a fine example of a sample book showing lots of illustrations and with slips of pink paper inserted to call attention to various features. Pagination is crazy as it is only sections of the final book. Overall , a good to very good copy, and excellent example of this purposeful book. There are lined pages at the back where the saleman could record orders- those pages have no entries. Note: due to size and weight, shipping outside the USA may cost about that of an average book.
